Village Rising – Account and Data Deletion
This page explains how players can delete their Village Rising account or request the deletion of selected game data.
Delete your complete game account
Delete the account inside the game
- Open Village Rising.
- Open Settings.
- Select Account.
- Select Delete Account.
- Enter DELETE and confirm the action.
This permanently deletes:
- your Firebase authentication account,
- your ruler name and reserved username,
- your player profile and preferences,
- village buildings and upgrades,
- resources and research progress,
- army, hero and equipment progress,
- quests, tutorial and expedition progress,
- your Village Rising leaderboard entry.
This action cannot be undone.
Deleting your Village Rising account does not delete your Google Account, Google Play Games profile or transaction history maintained by Google Play.
Request account deletion without access to the game
If you no longer have access to the game, send an email to:

Include as much of the following information as possible:
- your Village Rising Player ID,
- your ruler name,
- your Google Play Games display name if the account was connected,
- whether you are requesting complete account deletion.
Do not send your password, payment-card details, OAuth secret or complete purchase token.
We may request additional information necessary to verify that the account belongs to you. Verified deletion requests will normally be processed within 30 days.
Request account deletion by email
Delete game progress without deleting the account
Players can reset most gameplay progress while keeping their account.
Inside the game:
- Open Settings.
- Select Account.
- Select Reset Progress.
- Enter RESET and confirm.
A progress reset removes or returns to starting values:
- village buildings and upgrades,
- standard resources,
- research progress,
- army and hero progress,
- quests and tutorial progress,
- expeditions and voyages.
The following data remains:
- Firebase account and Player ID,
- ruler name,
- language and game settings,
- gold balance,
- purchase entitlements,
- limited purchase-verification records.
Request deletion of selected data
To request deletion of particular data without deleting your complete account, email:

- your Player ID,
- your ruler name,
- the exact data you want deleted,
- your Google Play Games display name if connected.
Request data deletion by email
Data that may be retained
Limited purchase-verification records may be retained when necessary to:
- prevent duplicate rewards and fraudulent purchases,
- process refunds and chargebacks,
- comply with applicable accounting, tax or legal obligations.
These records may include the product ID, hashed purchase token, Google Play order ID, account identifier and purchase timestamp. They do not contain payment-card or bank-account details.
Google Play purchase history is controlled by Google and is not deleted by deleting a Village Rising account. Players can separately manage their Google Play Games data through their Google account and Play Games settings.
